Food that is good for your body in the first month:

Food to be avoided during the first month:
1) Avoid pineapple, raw papaya: These fruits can create contractions early in pregnancy, which may result in miscarriage and serious cramping.
2) Processed food: Processed food might contain a disease that can cause bacteria. Instead, go for freshly squeezed home-made juices and fruit salads.
3) Reduced intake of caffeine: Caffeine gets into baby’s bloodstream easily. While your body goes to work metabolizing, your baby body is still developing and takes a longer time to process the caffeine.
