Steps to a healthy Pregnancy .

Pregnancy is one of the most amazing experiences women can go through during lifetime. When you get pregnant, you’ll probably get advice from everyone including doctors, Mothers etc. about what to eat, what not to. What to follow and what not to.

But at the end, you have to take a final call on what is good. So it is in your hand how you wish to take care of yourself and your baby.

Once you get to know that you are giving someone a new world, start taking care of yourself from Day1. Meet doctor frequently about your pregnancy safety. Ask the doctor to examine your body if it is deficient in vitamins or proteins. Plan your food accordingly. Make sure all the immunizations are up to date.

Start eating healthy food. Make sure that you are eating a lot of protein. You are taking the meal for 2 people. Avoid food which can introduce bacteria.

No Alcohol: Alcohol has never been considered good. If you drink alcohol during your pregnancy, you might be introducing problems of learning, speech, language into your child’s body. You can also introduce fetal alcohol syndrome by taking alcohol which can result in mental and growth retardation. It also increases your risk of miscarriage and stillbirth.

Maintain Healthy weight. Getting too fatty or too slim can affect both mother and child. By following a healthy diet schedule, you can limit your weight.

Avoid environment which has a lot of pollution: Avoid going to places which are very crowded or has lot of pollution. Any kind of pollution is bad for your baby.

Take care of your emotional health. You might suffer from depression while being pregnant. If you are feeling low or depressed, share your feelings with your better half. You will feel relax.
