One of the major reasons behind increasing crimes is mental health. People who are mentally ill lose control over their mind about what they are doing and thus become a victim of a crime like stealing money, killing someone for the property.

Mental illness not only affects you but also affects your family as well. Your mental illness affects your family including your children. They feel neglected and thus try to isolate themselves from the world and become a victim of illness.

With a lot of stress these days, it has become really important to carry a good attitude towards life. Try below things:

  • Try something new at every point by which your brain feels refreshed.
  • Do exercise, yoga every day.
  • Prioritize your tasks and daily activities.
  • Maintain a good work-life balance.
