Everybody considers doing shampoo for hairs as a good practice. But doing it daily is beneficial? Or probably weekly? Or not doing it all because of the side-effects?
There is no single answer to how often people should shampoo. It depends on the type of hair a person has.
Shampoo ploy oils, so if you apply shampoo too frequently, hairs may get dried out, leaving it susceptible to breakage. You should use shampoo every 2 or 3 days to squeeze out the maximum results. Don’t forget to apply conditioner after the shampoo wash. Apply only shampoo and no conditioner when your hairs are too dirty because cosmetic products introduce impurities in the hair.
The Shampoo contains chemicals which generate lather while we bath. These chemicals are skin and eye torments. Sometimes shampoo also contains chemical 1, 4-dioxane. This chemical is capable of causing cancer in living tissue.
So, who should shampoo daily?
People who exercise a lot E.g. construction worker/engineer or someone who lives at a humid place. Shampooing your hair regularly helps in removing dead skin cells that would otherwise accumulate and become dandruff. If you are doing shampoo every day, you can add lemon to a cup of water and rinse your hair with that.
People are also trying out different methods to make their healthy. This movement is called No Poo Low Poo methods. In this method, people don’t wash their hairs with shampoo. Instead, they go with Apple Cider Vinegar and Baking Soda as alternatives.
Appling shampoo everyday can clear out fatty essential elements and coatings that keep your hair strong from your head.
For strong, healthy, smooth, soft and beautiful hair, use shampoo after every 3-4 days for best results unless you fall under category mentioned above.
